Are you an established leader looking to take your skills to the next level? Or do you want to gain formal recognition for your existing experience and skills in leadership? Our Diploma of Leadership and Management is designed for you.  

Join us on a journey of personal and professional growth as we explore leadership strategies and techniques that will set you apart in your field. 

Designed for busy professionals, this course will be delivered through a program of skill sets.
You'll need to have been working in a leadership or management role for at least two years and having responsibility for a minimum of two team members.

Comprised of six skill sets, the program provides you with flexibility to choose to do:

• Only the skill sets that are most important to you,
  or
• All six skill sets, achieving the whole qualification - depending on your other commitments, it may be possible to do this within six months.

Completion of each skill set will see you gain a Statement of Attainment while after successfully completing all of these skill sets, you'll be able to apply for the Diploma of Leadership and Management.
