COVID-19 vaccination evidence

COVID-19 vaccination evidence

Students enrolled in a course with a work placement of ‘live works’ activity in an industry associated with the COVID-19 mandatory vaccination policy must supply their vaccination evidence of full vaccination* to NMTAFE.

The list of courses which require students to supply evidence of vaccination can be found below.

Suitable forms of evidence can be seen in the image gallery on the right, and can be downloaded or printed from MyGov.
•    COVID-19 Certificate(opens in a new tab) : This is the preferred form of evidence, available from within your MyGov account
•    Immunisation History Statement(opens in a new tab) : If you cannot access or create a MyGov account, you can ask for your statement to be mailed out to you. This option may take up to 14 days for your certificate to arrive by mail.
•    International COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate(opens in a new tab) : Also available within your MyGov account.
If you are an international student and do not have a Medicare card, visit digitalhealth.gov.au for more information on how to get proof of your vaccination status.

*If eligible, students are required to have a third dose of the COVID-19 vaccination, within one month of becoming eligible. You can use the calculator on rollup.wa.gov.au to find out when you’re eligible for your third dose.
