 Midland campus

 24 October 2023

Our Midland campus was abuzz last Friday with Prime Minister Anthony Albanese and Premier of Western Australia Roger Cook dropping in to chat with some of our Fee-Free students.

The Commonwealth and State Government has announced a historic five-year National Skills Agreement (NSA) to invest $1.34 billion into WA skills initiatives, such as the ongoing Fee-Free TAFE.

The leaders, joined by Minister for Training, Simone McGurk MLA, Member for Hasluck, Tania Lawrence MP and Member for Midland, Michelle Roberts MLA, visited students who have saved $3,700 in course fees, studying the Certificate IV in Electronic and Communications.

In 2024, our Midland campus will start transforming into a clean energy hub, featuring wind turbines and a working at heights tower to deliver training in vertical rescue, hazardous awareness and renewable energy storage.
